You're using it right now. My previous site was a Windows 98 desktop, so this is either an upgrade or a downgrade, depending on who you ask.

Everything here is built from scratch: the window manager, the menus, the icons (drawn pixel by pixel), Paint, the puzzle. All the text lives in Markdown and YAML files, the contact form uses a small proof-of-work instead of a captcha, and there's no tracking at all.

Things to try:

• Drag a window by its title bar, then double-click the title bar
• Turn on balloon help in the menu on the far right
• Change the desktop pattern in the Control Panel
• Empty the Trash
• Find the debugger, then type passgen
